The Marshfield Clinic Health System has contracted to use the WISHIN Pulse Community Health Record and its integrated connection with the Wisconsin ePDMP, and contribute ADT, lab, pathology, and reports, clinical notes, and electronic care summaries (CCDAs) to the WISHIN system.
The Marshfield Health System serves Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula with more than 1,600 providers comprising 170 specialties. The System includes more than 60 clinics and 12 hospitals:

- Marshfield Medical Center, Beaver Dam
- Marshfield Medical Center, Weston
- Marshfield Medical Center, Rice Lake
- Marshfield Medical Center, Ladysmith

- Marshfield Medical Center, Minocqua
- Marshfield Medical Center-River Region, Stevens Point.
- Marshfield Children’s Hospital
- Marshfield Medical Center, Dickinson, Iron River, MI
