Carole Gray Unis serves as Community Outreach Specialist at Wisconsin Healthcare Information Network. She is responsible for external business development, enhancing stakeholder engagement, and communicating with and educating current and prospective clients regarding WISHIN’s interoperable services, new functionalities, and future endeavors. Before joining the WISHIN team, Carole worked as an independent consultant, directing sales and business development in the healthcare, pharmacy, payer, and medical technology industries. She was instrumental in developing clinical service platforms and supporting national interoperable pharmacy and payer networks. Carole studied Healthcare Administration at Cleveland State University and Healthcare Financial Management at University of Wisconsin-Madison.
