As an Implementation Specialist, Krista is responsible for assisting with managing customer implementation and customizations. Before joining WISHIN, Krista worked for Aledade as an Implementation Specialist helping independent primary care practices make the switch from fee-for-service care to a quality-based care approach. She has worked in an implementation role for about 10 years, focusing mostly on EMR implementations and end-user training. Krista has a Master of Business Administration degree from Western Governors University.
