Jim is the Chief Value and Engagement Officer for the Wisconsin Medical Society. Jim’s primary focus is WisMed membership and developing services and strategies that benefit the physicians of Wisconsin. Jim’s role also includes developing and nurturing collaboration with external organizations that impact physicians. Before joining WisMed in 2020, Jim spent 25 years in ambulatory clinic administration with Wisconsin-based groups such as Medical Associates, ProHealth Care Medical Associate, and with Baylor Scott & White Health in Austin, Texas. Prior to that, Jim had his own consulting business overseeing start-ups of home health DME/Infusion sites in Wisconsin and Illinois. Jim also was in the retail pharmacy home health distribution industry and worked in a small medical/surgical hospital as his introduction to healthcare, culminating in over 40 years of healthcare experience.
