WISHIN
Carole Gray Unis is the Community Outreach Specialist at WISHIN. Carole is responsible for outreach business development, enhancing stakeholder engagement, communicating and educating current stakeholders and new organizations regarding WISHIN interoperable services, new functionality, and future endeavors. Before joining the WISHIN team, Carole was a consultant, and directed sales and business development, in the healthcare, pharmacy, payer, and technology industries. She was instrumental in developing clinical service platforms and supporting national interoperable pharmacy and payer networks. Carole attended Cleveland State studying Health Care Administration, and University of Wisconsin Madison studying Health Care Financial Management. Carole will share a personal story about her challenging journey with her husband through the healthcare landscape. Her story will emphasize the importance of care coordination.
